Jeremy Gadbury is currently serving as an Investment Expert for Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme under a contract with World Bank funded Pension and Social Protection Administration Project, Maldives.  He counts for 25 years of experience in investment management and 10 years experience in pension development. These include working with Governments, Regulators, major investment firms and pension providers in China, Hong Kong, Pakistan, Mongolia, Armenia, Georgia, Indonesia and Maldives. He has undertaken investment and pension related projects and conducted pension reviews for Asian Development Bank. Apart from this, he has developed own successful consultancy business Gadbury Group Limited in Hong Kong from 2001 onwards specializing in statistical research in pension and savings systems, developing unique database and consulting for savings industry participants. Jeremy Gadbury is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 1981.
